Baneh; A civilian was shot dead by government forces

On the evening of Friday, February 25th, a citizen named "Saadi Piran", 40, from the village of "Karimabad" in Baneh, lost his life as a result of direct firings from government soldiers.
Government forces fired directly at the citizen's car at the Hangeh zhal border in Baneh without any prior notice.
Government soldiers shot the citizen on suspicion of carrying smuggled goods.
The body of this citizen was transferred to Salahuddin Ayoubi Hospital in Baneh and has not been handed over to his family yet.
Saadi Piran is married and has two children.
