Salas-e Babajani; Bahram Seydi-Tanha, civilian deceased as a result of shrapnel impact

March 11, 2026 – "Bahram Seydi-Tanha", a Kurdish citizen from Salas-e Babajani who was wounded by shrapnel on March 8, 2026, during the attacks by Israeli and American fighter jets on the military centers of the Islamic Republic in Salas-e Babajani, passed away on March 11, 2026, at the "Hazrat-e Rasul" hospital in Javanrud.
Based on the rules of International Humanitarian Law, including the provisions of the four Geneva Conventions of 1949 and the Additional Protocol I of 1977, parties involved in armed conflicts are obliged to distinguish between military objectives and civilians and to observe the necessary precautionary measures to prevent harm to civilians.
