Kermanshah; Mahan Rostami, 21-year-old Kurdish Yarsan youth, identity of another of the January 8 victims in “Dowlatabad”

January 26, 2026; “Mahan Rostami,” a 21-year-old Kurdish Yarsan youth from the “Guran” region of Dalahoo in Kermanshah province, is the identity of another of the victims of the popular protests in the “Dowlatabad” area of Kermanshah. On the evening of Thursday, January 8, 2026, he was killed by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic by direct fire of a bullet to the heart.

An informed source, while confirming this news to Kurdpa, stated: After the body of this 21-year-old youth was delivered to his family, he was buried a few days later in the cemetery of the village of “Takhtgah-e Safiyar Soltan.”

This 21-year-old youth had dropped out of school and was helping his father with agricultural affairs.
