Kermanshah; Majid Rashidi, 51-Year-Old Kurdish Citizen, Identity of Another of the January 9 Victims in the "Maskan" Neighborhood

January 24, 2026; “Majid Rashidi,” a 51-year-old Kurdish citizen from Kermanshah, is the identity of another of the victims of the popular protests on the evening of Friday, January 9, 2026, in the “Maskan” neighborhood of Kermanshah. He was targeted by direct fire of live ammunition from the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic and lost his life.

The body of “Majid Rashidi” was buried on Sunday, January 11, 2026, in the “Bagh-e Ferdows” cemetery in Kermanshah.

Majid Rashidi, son of Mohammad, was the father of a 27-year-old daughter and a 16-year-old son.
