Kermanshah; Farhad Cheraghizadeh, Identity of Another of the January 8 Victims Killed by Four Live Bullets to the Abdomen
January 24, 2026; “Farhad Cheraghizadeh,” a 45-year-old Kurdish citizen from Kermanshah, is the identity of another of the victims of the popular protests on the evening of Thursday, January 8, 2026, on “Tagh-e Bostan” Boulevard in Kermanshah. He was targeted by the direct fire of four live bullets to the abdominal area by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic and lost his life immediately.
The body of “Farhad Cheraghizadeh” was delivered to his family after obtaining a written commitment and the payment of 800 million Tomans. His family is currently under strict surveillance by security agencies. The body of this victim was buried on January 11, 2026, in the “Bagh-e Ferdows” cemetery in Kermanshah.
Farhad Cheraghizadeh was married and the father of a 14-year-old son.
Those close to him say that he always emphasized that he “would be a continuer of the path of freedom.”
