Saveh; Ardashir Zarei, Yarsani Kurd and Father of 3 Young Children, Was Killed by a “Finishing Shot” on the Way to the Pharmacy, Delivery of Body in Exchange for One Billion Tomans

January 14, 2026; “Ardashir Zarei,” a Yarsani Kurd from Dalahu and resident of Saveh, on Monday, January 5, 2026, while suffering from heart disease and after visiting a doctor and then a pharmacy to obtain medication, was targeted from behind by live ammunition and a “finishing shot” next to the pharmacy on the street and lost his life instantly.

His burial ceremony is scheduled to be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, in his village of birth, where he will be laid to rest.
