Tehran; The Body of Ebrahim Ahmadpourian, a Deceased Worker from Saqqez, Has Not Been Handed Over to the Family Due to Non-payment of One Billion Tomans in "Bullet Money"

January 13, 2026; “Ebrahim Ahmadpourian,” a Kurdish citizen from Saqqez who was engaged in labor work in Tehran and whose identity Kurdpa had previously confirmed and published, has not yet been delivered to his family after 5 days due to the family's inability to pay the “bullet money.”

According to an informed source to “Kurdpa,” this Kurdish citizen was severely wounded by the fire of military-repressive forces during the popular protests of January 8, 2026, and died one day later, on January 9, 2026, due to the severity of his injuries in the hospital.

Ebrahim Ahmadpourian, son of Omar and Khadijeh, father of two children and a middle-aged Kurdish citizen, was originally from the village of “Sheykhleh,” a suburb of Saqqez, and resided and worked as a laborer in Tehran.

On January 9, 2026, “Kurdpa” had confirmed the news of his death in Tehran by publishing information.
