A Kurdish Student is about to be sentenced to Death penalty

Kurdistan Press Agency: A Kurdish Student from Mahabad who was arrested in February 2014, might face a death penalty.

According to Kurdistan Press Agency and an its associate, ‘’Sabir Shex Abdolla’’ who studies MS Insurance at Alame Tabatabayi University in Tehran has been accused of being involved in explosion occured back in August 2010 in Mahabad. This accusation has made by Iranian intelligent service.

‘’Sabir Shex Abdolla’’ 27 years old, son of Mustafa, and Kurdish Student at ‘’ Alame Tabatabi-Tehran’’ University was kidnapped by Iranian Forces in civilian cloth in Mahabad at 15 March of 2014.He was taken to anonymous location.

One of Sabir Shex Abdolla fellow student told Kurdpa news agency that ,according to Iranian Islamic Government TV evening (8.30 pm) News, one of those people who had been arrested due to August 2010 Explosion in Mahabad is Sabir Shex Abdolla.

This Student also said that Sabir has never had any political activity neither at university nor in Mahabad, but Intelligence Ministry in a plot, involved this student in a explosion , and this is why his family and friends are worried about.

In addition , Kurdpa reporter tried to contact Sabir’s Family, but they avoid speaking to Kurdpa. According to an associate , Sabir’s Family has been threatened by Intelligence Ministry, not speaking to any media.

on the other hand ‘’Hussen Osmani’’ 49 years old from Mahabad was arrested in his house by the Intelligence service on 3 March 2014 and has been accused of involving in August 2010 Explosion’’ in Mahabad .In connection with this ‘’Diako Rasoolzade and Salih Shex Abdolla (Sabir) were also arrested. This allegation has been denied by detainee’s family.

Bultin News Website which belongs to Intelligence Ministry has announced the names of these three students in connection with Komala of Kurdistan Party, but Anwar Mohammadi who is a member of Political Bureau of this Party confirmed that this is far from reality.
