Marivan; Madeh Kermani, Kolbar from Marivan, Killed by Government Military Forces Shooting and His Body Handed Over to Family After Two Days of Lack of Information

July 31, 2026 – The body of "Madeh Kermani," a Kolbar killed on the border of Marivan by direct live ammunition fire of military forces, was handed over to his family after two days of lack of information.

According to Kurdpa's findings, on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, "Madeh Kermani," son of Sa'id, a Kurdish Kolbar from the village of "Kheyrabad" in Marivan County, while engaged in kolbari in the border region of "Marani," was targeted by direct live ammunition fire from military forces and lost his life.

Following this incident, his family was unaware of his fate for two days until Thursday, July 30, 2026, when, following a phone call to the family, his body was handed over to them at Marivan Hospital.

"Madeh Kermani" was married and the father of two children under the age of 18.
