An informed source, while confirming this news to “Kurdpa,” stated; “Anwar Chopani,” a 36-year-old Kurdish youth from the village of “Khankandi” in the suburbs of “Miandoab,” was arrested in the early hours of Monday, February 9, 2026, at 3:00 AM. Security forces carried out a violent raid on his home without the presentation of a judicial warrant and transferred him to an unknown location.
