February 9, 2026; “Yousef Elhami,” a 22-year-old Kurmanj Kurdish youth from “Shirvan” in “North Khorasan” province and a resident of “Mashhad,” is the identity of another victim of the popular protests of January 8, 2026, at “Me'raj” Square in “Mashhad.” He lost his life due to the direct firing of live bullets by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic.
An informed source, while confirming this news to “Kurdpa,” stated; the family was forced to pay money to security agencies to receive the victim's body. The body of “Yousef Elhami” was buried on January 16, 2026, in the cemetery of his native village, “Hosseinabad,” in “Shirvan.”
“Yousef Elhami” was employed at a factory in “Mashhad.”
