February 5, 2026; “Mojtaba Mohammadzadeh,” a 21-year-old Kurdish Kurmanj youth from “Quchan” and a resident of “Mashhad,” is the identity of another victim of the popular protests of January 9, 2026, in “Meraj” Square of “Hojjat” district in “Mashhad.” He lost his life due to the direct firing of a live bullet by the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic to his back.

An informed source, while confirming this news to “Kurdpa,” stated; the family of “Mojtaba Mohammadzadeh” had no information regarding his status and fate until January 13, 2026, when they identified his body in the mortuary. The body of this victim was buried on January 14, 2026, in the “Behesht-e Rezvan” cemetery in “Mashhad.”

“Mojtaba Mohammadzadeh,” born on December 1, 2004, was originally from the Kurdish Kurmanjs of the city of “Quchan.”
