January 23, 2026; “Diako Ghadermarzi,” a 19-year-old Kurdish youth from Dehgolan and resident of Tehran, is the identity of another of the victims of the January 8 popular protests in this city who was killed by direct fire from the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic.

An informed source, while confirming this news to Kurdpa, stated; “Diako Ghadermarzi” was targeted by direct fire from repressive forces and lost his life on the evening of Thursday, January 8, 2026, during the popular protests in Tehran.

His body was buried at night and under an intense security atmosphere, with the singing of the anthem “O Martyrs” and the slogan “Kak Diako is a hero, he is a martyr of Kurdistan.”
