Islamabad-e Gharb; Navid Mirzaei, Kurdish Youth from Shabad, Identity of Another of the January 8 Victims

January 23, 2026; “Navid Mirzaei,” a Kurdish youth from Islamabad-e Gharb (Shabad), is the identity of another of the victims of the January 8 popular protests in this city who was killed by direct fire from the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic.
An informed source, while confirming this news to Kurdpa, stated; “Navid Mirzaei” was targeted by direct fire from repressive forces and lost his life on the evening of Thursday, January 8, 2026, during the popular protests in Islamabad-e Gharb in Kermanshah province.
His body was buried on Sunday, January 11, 2026, in the “Imamzadeh Hassan” cemetery of Islamabad-e Gharb (Shabad).
