January 22, 2026; “Armin Dadfar,” a 21-year-old Kurdish youth from the county of “Badreh” in Ilam province, is the identity of another of the victims of the popular protests on January 8 in Ilam who was killed by live ammunition from the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic.
An informed source, while confirming this news to “Kurdpa,” stated: “Armin Dadfar,” a 21-year-old Kurdish youth from the county of “Badreh” in Ilam province, was targeted by direct fire of live ammunition from the repressive forces of the Islamic Republic on the evening of Thursday, January 8, 2026, during the popular protests in Ilam and lost his life.
Armin Dadfar, son of “Mokhtar,” was from the village of “Sartang,” a suburb of the county of “Badreh” in Ilam province.
It has not yet been determined for “Kurdpa” whether an amount was received from the family for the delivery of this victim's body or if they were forced to sign a written commitment; furthermore, it is not clear whether the body of this victim has been buried or not.
