Seven years imprisonment for a Kurdish citizen has just confirmed by the appeals court

Kurdpa Agency: The Appeals Court endorsed the verdict of a seven-year imprisonment of a Kurdish citizen from Piranshahr.
According to a report received by the Kurdistan Press Agency, seven years prison sentence for a Kurdish citizen \"Mohammad Pataishi\" son of Mohammad Karim, from the village of Qamatra, Piranshahr, was confirmed by the Appeals Court.
This Kurdish citizen was sentenced to seven years in prison by the Revolutionary Court of Urmia on charges of \"cooperating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government.\" This sentence was announced to him when he was in the Urmia Central Prison in January 2019.
On Tuesday, February 27th, 2018, this Kurdish citizen was arrested on charges of \"cooperating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government\" by the IRGC\'s Security Protection, and for interrogation transferred to the detention center of this intelligence institution in Urmia, and on Tuesday, July 31st, to complete his interrogation process was transferred to Sepah\'s Ettelaat in Piranshahr.
After completing the interrogation process, Mohammad Pataishi was transferred to the Urmia prison and was deprived of \"access to a lawyer\" during his detention.
