Kurdpa Agency: A Kurdish citizen was sentenced to five years suspended imprisonment by the first branch of the Revolutionary Court in Sanandaj.
According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, a Kurdish citizen called \"Mohammad Amin Kanani\" from the village of \"Takhta\", Sanandaj, was sentenced to five years suspended imprisonment by the Branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj on charges of \"acting against national security.\"
This citizen has been tried on April 30th, of this year in Sanandaj Revolutionary Court Branch 1 and the issued sentence has been formally notified to him in recent days.
on October 16, 2018, Mohammad Amin Kanani was arrested after being summoned to the headquarters of the Sanandaj Ettelaat Bureau and transferred to the detention center.
After a 100-day arrest, this Kurdish citizen had been released on bail of 200 million Tomans in a temporary way.
