June 11, 2026; In the early hours of Thursday, June 11, 2026, a Kurdish citizen named "Matlab Kheyberi" from the city of "Baneh" lost his life following gunfire by state military forces on the border of this county.

According to an informed source to Kurdpa, at 4:00 AM, state military forces directly shot this citizen in the head without prior warning at the "Choman" border of the city of "Baneh".

This informed source added; this Kurdish citizen was targeted by the direct gunfire of state military forces while he was not carrying any smuggled goods whatsoever.

This informed source stated; the body of Matlab Kheyberi was transferred to the hospital of the city of "Baneh" and has not been handed over to his family until now.

Matlab Kheyberi is from the village of "Saleh" surrounding the city of "Baneh", married, and has two children.
