Naqadeh; Masoud Abdollahzadeh was released on bail after 22 days of arbitrary detention
On Sunday, May 10, 2026, a Kurdish citizen named "Masoud (Soran) Abdollahzadeh," from the village of "Khalifan" in the vicinity of "Naqadeh," was temporarily released from the prison of this city on bail after 22 days of arbitrary detention.
According to an informed source speaking to Kurdpa, this Kurdish citizen had been transferred to one of the security detention centers in "Urmia" for interrogation and was moved to "Naqadeh" Prison after the completion of the interrogation phases.
This informed source added: Mr. Abdollahzadeh was deprived of access to a lawyer and meetings with his family during his detention.
On the morning of Sunday, April 19, 2026, this citizen was arrested at his home by security forces without the presentation of a judicial warrant.
Masoud Abdollahzadeh had also been arrested by security forces during the "Woman, Life, Freedom" revolutionary uprising.
Mr. Abdollahzadeh was born in 1986, is married, and has two children.
