Khoy Prison; 31 days of arbitrary detention of Qader Delaei-Milan with two political charges;

March 3, 2026; “Qader Delaei-Milan,” a Kurdish citizen from the city of “Qotour” in “Urmia” Province, who has been detained in “Khoy” Prison for 31 days, is facing two political charges of “propaganda against the state” and “membership in one of the Kurdish parties,” and is being held in prison for these charges to be finalized.

An informed source, while confirming this news, told “Kurdpa”: “Qader Delaei-Milan” was detained on February 1, 2026, by the Intelligence Organization of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps without a judicial warrant, through a violent raid on his home, and was transferred to “Khoy” Prison. This detention and transfer took place by the order of the Second Branch of the General and Revolutionary Court of the city of “Khoy,” due to the political charges of “propaganda against the state” and “membership in one of the Kurdish parties.”

This source also added that “Qader Delaei-Milan” has been deprived of the right to access a lawyer, and his family has not been allowed to appoint a designated lawyer for him.
