On Monday, March 9, 2026, "Sedigh Yousefpour", nicknamed "Pire Halo", a former political prisoner and member of the "Halo" mountaineering group in "Saqqez", was temporarily released from "Saqqez" Prison on bail until the end of his trial proceedings.

According to an informed source speaking to "Kurdpa", this Kurdish citizen was deprived of access to a lawyer and family visits during his detention.

On Wednesday, January 21, 2026, Mr. "Yousefpour" was detained by security forces without a judicial warrant and transferred to one of the security detention centers in "Sanandaj" for interrogation.

"Sedigh Yousefpour" has a prior history of detention and conviction.
