Kamyaran; 13 Days of Detention and Absolute Lack of Information Regarding the Fate of "Farouq Nadimi"

February 17, 2026; After 13 days since the arbitrary detention of "Farouq Nadimi", a Kurdish citizen from the city of "Kamyaran" in the province of "Kurdistan", there is no information available regarding his fate or place of detention, and this matter has caused severe concern for his relatives regarding his life and fate.

"Farouq Nadimi" was detained on February 5, 2026, without a judicial warrant by security forces and transferred to an unknown location, and since then, no information has been available regarding his fate or place of custody.

Until the publication of this report, this Kurdish citizen has been deprived of the right to access a lawyer, phone calls, and visitations with his family.
