Bukan; Detention of Aram Vafaei, 18-Year-Old Youth, by Security Forces

On the morning of Sunday, October 26, 2025, an 18-year-old youth named "Aram Vafaei," son of Osman and a resident of the village of "Abbasabad" in the suburbs of Bukan, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
According to an informed source, security forces arrested this Kurdish youth at his family home at 6:00 AM without the presentation of a judicial warrant.
Mr. Vafaei had also been previously summoned to the Intelligence Administration of Bukan.
