Mahabad; Keyvan Mameh-Goli Sentenced to Six Months in Prison

October 21, 2025; A Kurdish citizen named "Keyvan Mameh-Goli," from Gook-Tappeh, Mahabad, was sentenced to six months in prison by Branch 1 of the Revolutionary Court of this county on charges of "propaganda against the state."
According to an informed source, this verdict was notified to the Kurdish citizen on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.
In the early hours of Thursday, June 19, 2025, Keyvan Mameh-Goli was arrested by security forces without the presentation of a judicial warrant and transferred to one of the security detention centers in Mahabad. Following the completion of the interrogation phases, he had been temporarily released from Mahabad Prison upon posting bail.
