Marivan; Armed and Arbitrary Detention of Mohammad Dadras and His Transfer to an Unknown Location

On the morning of Thursday, October 16, 2025, security forces of the Islamic Republic, in an armed raid on the residence of a Kurdish citizen named "Mohammad Dadras" in the village of "Sardoush," a suburb of Marivan, detained him without presenting a judicial warrant and transferred him to an unknown location.

According to an informed source speaking to Kurpa, security forces raided this citizen's home with six vehicles carrying armed personnel. While conducting a full search of the house, destroying and disarraying personal belongings, they confiscated private items, including his mobile phone, and subsequently detained Mohammad Dadras.

According to this report, Mr. Dadras is married, and it has been only two days since the birth of his newborn.

Until the time of drafting this report, there is no specific information regarding his place of detention or the reasons for his arrest, and security forces have provided no explanation to the Dadras family.
