Oshnavieh: With the Arrest of Keyvan Saeedi, the Number of Detainees in a Single Day Reached Four

October 8, 2025; With the arrest of Keyvan Saeedi, the number of individuals detained in Oshnavieh on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, has increased to four Kurdish citizens.

According to an informed source speaking to Kurdpa; Keyvan Saeedi, 24 years old, son of Mohyeddin and a resident of the village of "Singan" in the district of Oshnavieh, was arrested following a raid on his home by security forces without the presentation of a judicial warrant and was transferred to an unknown location.

Kurdpa previously published a report stating that on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, three Kurdish citizens from the village of "Amirabad" in Oshnavieh named Ribvar Mousavi and Zaher Azari, both 16 years old, and Fakhreddin Khaledi, 27 years old, were arrested during a night raid by security forces without a judicial warrant. The two teenagers were released after 24 hours, but the detention of Fakhreddin Khaledi continues, and there is no news regarding his fate or whereabouts.

At the time of the publication of this news, the reasons for the arrest of these citizens remain unknown, and security institutions have provided no explanation in this regard.
