Marivan: Arrest of Hassan Mehrabi in a City Square After Being Summoned to the Governor's Office Under the Pretext of Subsidy Matters

On Tuesday, October 7, 2025, Hassan Mehrabi, a 42-year-old Kurdish citizen from the village of "Ney" in the district of Marivan, was summoned by the Governor's Office under the pretext of handling matters related to subsidies. However, he was arrested by plainclothes security forces in one of the city's squares and transferred to an unknown location.

An informed source, in a conversation with Kurdpa, while confirming this news, stated; plainclothes security forces arrested Mr. Mehrabi without presenting a judicial warrant or official explanation and transferred him to an unspecified location at that very moment.

More than 24 hours after this arbitrary arrest, there is still no information regarding the fate or whereabouts of Hassan Mehrabi, and security institutions have not announced any reason for this arrest so far.
