Kamyar Barati and Keyvan Mohammadi Executed in Dizel Abad and Zanjan Prisons

October 4, 2025; During the past two weeks, the death sentences of two Kurdish prisoners on charges related to "murder" and "drug-related offenses" were carried out in Dizel Abad Prison in Kermanshah and Zanjan Prison.
On Thursday, October 2, 2025, Kamyar Barati Sarvunavi, from Kermanshah, was executed in Dizel Abad Prison in Kermanshah on the charge of "murder."
Additionally, on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, Keyvan Mohammadi, from the village of Gardmiran-e Olya in the district of Dehgolan in Kurdistan province and a resident of Eslamshahr, Tehran, was executed in Zanjan Prison on charges related to "drug-related offenses."
The execution of these individuals has not been reported by the state media of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
