Abdanan; An Image of Alireza Seydi, 16-Year-Old Teenager from Abdanan and Killed in Tehran

January 9, 2026; “Alireza Seydi,” a 16-year-old teenager from Abdanan, a suburb of Ilam, is one of those killed in Tehran whose identity has been confirmed for Kurdpa.

According to an informed source speaking to Kurdpa; this 16-year-old teenager lost his life on Thursday evening, January 8, 2026, during popular protests in Tehran by the gunfire of repressive military forces.

This informed source added; today, Friday, January 9, 2026, a memorial service (fateheh-khani) for this 16-year-old teenager is being held in Abdanan, and if the body is handed over to the family, his burial ceremony will be held tomorrow.

“Alireza Seydi,” son of Fathollah and from the descendants of the large “Naser-Aali” tribe, had been working in Tehran.
