According to a source who spoke with Kurdpa:
_ Omid Ebrahimi was sentenced to five years of discretionary imprisonment on charges of “acting against national security through collaboration with a Kurdish opposition party” and “propaganda against the regime.”
_ Yaser Sharifian received four years for “propaganda against the regime,” possession of a Tapar firearm, and collaboration with a Kurdish opposition group.
_ Rashid Faqizadeh was sentenced to one year for “propaganda against the regime.”
These sentences were formally communicated to the defendants in recent days.
In the early morning of Wednesday, May 7, 2025, security forces raided the homes of the three men without presenting a court order and placed them under arrest.
