Urmia; Detention of a citizen by security forces

On Sunday, July 11th, a citizen named "Shirzad Shoghi Ghassemlou", the son of Khalid from the village of "Mam Ibrahim" was arrested by security forces in Urmia and transferred to an unknown location.
Security forces detained this citizen without issuing any court order.
So far, the efforts of this citizen's family to find out about his fate has been fruitless.
No information is available on the reason for the arrest and the charges against this citizen.
