The verdict of a Kurdish citizen has increased in the appeals court with the pressure of the Ministry of Intelligence

Kurdpa Agency: The verdict of a Kurdish citizen from Piranshahr with the pressure of the Ministry of Intelligence increased in the Urmia Appeal Court.
According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, the eight-month prison sentence of a Kurdish citizen, \"Bapir Brazeh\", son of Osman from the village of Chianeh, Piranshahr, was again investigated by the Ministry of Intelligence at District 1 of the Urmia Appeal Court and increased to four years\' imprisonment.
This Kurdish citizen, along with two other citizens, \"Ahmad Qala Torshi\" and \"Soleman Mohammad Nejad\" on charges of \"cooperating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government.\" were sentenced to 25 months discretionary imprisonment by District 102 of the Penal Court of Piranshahr 2.
According to the trail court, Bapir Barza was sentenced to eight months in prison, Ahmad Qala Torashi was sentenced to five months in prison and Soleman Mohammadnejad was sentenced to one year discretionary imprisonment.
After the verdict was issued, Bapir Barzeh, son of Osman from the village of Chianeh, with a bail of 220 million and Ahmad Qala Torshi on bail of 50 million and Soleman Mohannejad from the village of \"Gargol\" on bail of 250 million were temporarily released.
These three Kurdish citizens were arrested this year on charges of \"cooperating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government\" and were transferred to the Sepah Intelligence Detention Center in Urmia for interrogation.
On the other hand, the sentence of imprisonment of two other citizens from Piranshahr named \"Shirko Ali Mohammadi\" son of Ahmad and \"Keyvan Nejad Rasoul\" son of Mohammed in the Urmia Appeal Court have been reduced from five years to four years in prison.
These two Kurdish citizens were arrested on Monday, December 10th, on charges of \"membership and cooperation with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government\" by the IRGC intelligence.
