Saturday morning, September 12, 2026; Dozens of armed local Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) forces, commonly referred to as "Jash," conducted a series of nighttime raids on the family homes of several political activists residing abroad, including "Aram Gerdi" and "Mohammad Baldar." The attacking forces severely assaulted family members and engaged in extensive destruction of household property. The injuries inflicted on several family members were so severe that they required hospitalization.

Informed sources told Kurdpa that early Saturday morning, September 12, 2026, dozens of armed local IRGC forces raided the home of the elderly parents of "Aram Gerdi," a political activist living abroad. The armed "Jash" personnel brutally assaulted his parents, who were subsequently forced to seek emergency medical treatment at a hospital due to the severity of their injuries. Furthermore, property inside the home was heavily damaged, doors, windows, and vehicle windshields were shattered, and part of the residence was set on fire.

On the same night, as part of this wave of armed raids targeting families of exiled political activists, local IRGC forces raided the family home of "Mohammad Baldar's" brother. All members of the household were subjected to severe physical beatings and were subsequently admitted to the hospital for treatment. The raiding forces also destroyed all furniture and property within the home.

Women and children were not spared from the violence during these raids and were subjected to physical abuse by the local IRGC forces.

In photographs received by Kurdpa, injuries to the heads and faces of Aram Gerdi's father and Mohammad Baldar's brother are clearly visible. The images also document extensive property destruction, shattered doors, windows, and vehicle glass, total ransacking of home interiors, and burned sections of one residence.

Armed raids on private residences and the physical assault of family members—including women and children—constitute clear acts of intimidation, violence, and violations of physical security and human dignity. State institutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran have conducted no investigations into these attacks and remain silent. By shielding and granting impunity to the local armed personnel known as "Jash" used in suppressing and terrorizing the families of political activists, authorities actively enable ongoing violence, ensuring perpetrators remain protected from judicial accountability.
