The issuance of a sentence of 16 years imprisonment for three Marivani citizens

Kurdpa Agency: The Revolutionary Court of Marivan sentenced three Kurdish citizens from the village of Ney to the 16-year imprisonment.
According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, in recent days, the Marivan Revolutionary Court issued a sixteen years imprisonment for three Kurdish citizens from the village of Ney.
According to the issued sentences, Beryar Kaveh, 25, son of Amin, was sentenced to 5 years in prison, \"Verya Faraji\", 31, son of Abdullah, was sentenced to 5 years imprisonment and \"Alireza Kasraei\", 41, son of Rashid, was sentenced to 6 years imprisonment and exile to Sistan and Baluchestan.
The Marivan Revolutionary Court has accused these three citizens of \"joining and cooperating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government.\"
These three citizens appealed against the sentences issued by the Marivan Revolutionary Court and their files were referred to the Sanandaj Appeal Court for review.
On Sunday, November 18th, Beryar Kaveh, 25, son of Amin from the village of \"Ney\", Marivan was detained by the intelligence forces on October 18th, and transferred to Marivan Prison and with the bail, was temporarily released on Monday, November 19th.
On August 16th, verya Faraji, \"31-year-old, son of Abdullah,\" from the Ney of Mervan, after 34 days of detention in the Sanandaj Ettelaat Bureau, was released temporarily to a bail at 120 million Toman until the time of the court. This Kurdish citizen was arrested by intelligence forces in Cooperation with one of the opposition parties of the Iranian government on Wednesday, July 11th.
On Tuesday, October 16th, Hooshyar kasraei, 41, son of Rashid, from village of the Ney, Marivan, were temporarily released after the three months of detention.
Hooshyar Kasraei was transferred from Sanandaj Ettelaat detention to Marivan Central Prison on Wednesday, the 3rd of October.
Thi Kurdish citizen was interrogated on the charge of \"cooperation with one of the opposition parties of the Iranian government\" and deprived from the lawyer.
This Kurdish citizen was arrested by intelligence forces on Wednesday July 11th.
