Piranshahr; A citizen was detained by security forces

 On Sunday, October 24th, a Kurdish citizen named "Hemen Arzan", the son of Hussein from Piranshahr, was arrested by security forces and taken to an unknown location.

 The citizen was detained by security forces without any court order.

 So far, the efforts of this citizen's family to find out about his fate has been fruitless.

 No information is available on the reason for the arrest and the charges against him.
