Imprisonment and fines were issued for six of the Sardasht protesters

Six of the protesters of the recent protests of Kurdistan and Iran in Sardasht were sentenced to 3 years, 4 months and 1 day in prison, 148 lashes and 7,500,000 Rials fine.

 These six people are named Aram Tobekar, 23 years old son of Abdul Karim, Soran Sulaimanpour, 17 years old son of Muhammad, Armin Molani, 18 years old son of Amir, Shahriar Hassanpour, 21 years old son of Amin, Peshwa Ahmadi, 16 years old son of Aziz, and Arman Tobekar, 21 years old son of Abdul Karim, from Sardasht.

 These people were identified on September 20, 2022, during the public protests in Sardasht and then arrested.

 According to the documents provided to Kurdpa, Arman Tobekar was sentenced to two years and one day in prison, Shahriar Hasanpour and Aram Tobekar were each sentenced to 8 months in prison and 74 lashes, Soran Suleimanpour, Peshwa Ahmadi and Armin Molani were each fined 2,500,000 Rials.  They have been convicted.

 All these people were accused of disturbing the public order by throwing stones and rioting.

 These verdicts were issued by Branch 101 of the Criminal Court 2 city of Sardasht on October 26, 2022.
