A Kamyarani citizen was sentenced to five years in discretionary prison
Kurdpa Agency: The first branch of the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court sentenced a Kurdish citizen from Kamyaran to five years in discretionary imprisonment.
According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, a Kurdish citizen, "Borhan Kamangar", was sentenced to five years in discretionary imprisonment by the first branch of the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court, headed by Judge Saeedi.
the trials on his case has been held on November 2nd, 2019, without the presence of a lawyer in the Revolutionary Court's first branch in Sanandaj on charges of membership in one of the Kurdish opposition, and the verdict was issued on December 14th.
On Tuesday, August 6th, intelligence agents raided this Kurdish citizen's mobile phone shop and arrested him after inspecting the shop.
Following the arrest of Borhan Kamangar, intelligence forces raided his personal home and seized some of his personal belongings, including his laptop.
On October 12th, this Kurdish citizen was temporarily released on bail after transferring from the detention center of the Ettelaat in Sanandaj to Kamyaran Prison.
