A house, the property of a Kurdish political activist, was impounded

Kurdistan Press Agency (Kurdpa): the 101st branch of Shno (Oshnavieh) Revolutionary Court issued a decree impounding a Kurdish political activist’s bail.
According to reliable sources, a private property, a house, belonging to a Kurdish political activist, Yaghoub Mostafawi, son of Ismail, from the city of Shno, is to be seized as Yaghoub’s act to not appearing in his trial has been considered as bail jumping.
“Yaghoub Mostafawi who has criminal record on charge of cooperating with opposition groups and agents particularly the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan, act against national security and propaganda against the Islamic Republic of Iran was subjected to prosecution”, the decree reads.
“After conducted investigations, it is known that the alleged has been left the country; he is now living in exile under the financial and information support of the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan’, according to the decree.
Yaghoub Mostafawi was forced to leave Iran under the pressure of Iranian intelligence forces and is currently living in a European country seeking asylum.
