An informed source confirmed the details to Kurdpa, stating: On Saturday, September 19, 2026, "Bayan Qaderi," a 38-year-old Kurdish woman from "Pasveh" in the suburbs of Piranshahr, alongside her elderly father, "Aziz Qaderi," were summoned to the Revolutionary Court of Piranshahr. Bayan Qaderi was subsequently arrested without a judicial warrant and transferred to an undisclosed security detention facility in Urmia, where court authorities informed her that a case had been formally opened against her.

The source added that Bayan Qaderi lives with and acts as the sole caregiver for her elderly father, Aziz Qaderi. With her arrest, her elderly father is left without care, and there is no family member remaining to track or pursue her arbitrary detention status.
