Marivan; 18-Year-Old Kolbar Sirwan Khoshnamak Killed by Direct Firing of Military Forces
July 6, 2026; This morning, Monday, July 6, 2026, “Sirwan Khoshnamak,” an 18-year-old Kolbar from Marivan, was targeted with live ammunition by military forces in the border heights of “Weiseh” in Marivan county, losing his life instantly.
An informed source confirmed the news to Kurdpa, stating: This 18-year-old youth was targeted by lethal direct gunfire from the “Dalani” border outpost, under the command of an officer identified as “Zanganeh”.
Sirwan Khoshnamak, son of Saleh, was an 18-year-old Kurdish youth, the only son of his family, and had two sisters. He was a resident of "Domaleh" village, a suburb of Marivan in Kurdistan Province. His body is currently at the "Bu-Ali" Hospital in Marivan, awaiting burial.
He is the second Kolbar to be killed in recent days. Previously, on the early morning of Friday, July 3, 2026, “Wazir Rahimi,” a 57-year-old Kolbar, was targeted by direct gunfire from the military forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran at the “Shoshme” border and lost his life immediately.
