Oshnavieh; Three Days of Arbitrary Detention and No News on the Fate of Farhad Ebrahimzadeh, Qader Bariki, and Jafar Bariki

June 17, 2026; following three days since the arbitrary detention of three Kurdish citizens from the city of Oshnavieh named "Farhad Ebrahimzadeh," "Qader Bariki," and "Jafar Bariki," there remains no information whatsoever regarding their fate and place of detention.

An informed source, while confirming this news to Kurdpa, stated: On Monday, June 15, 2026, three Kurdish citizens named "Farhad Ebrahimzadeh" from the village of "Kani Rash," and "Qader Bariki" and "Jafar Bariki" from the village of "Qalatian" in the suburbs of Oshnavieh, were arrested when security forces raided their homes without presenting a judicial warrant, and they were transferred to an unknown location.

"Qader Bariki" and "Jafar Bariki" are brothers.

According to this source, during the past three days, these three Kurdish citizens have been deprived of the right to any contact and meet with their families, as well as access to a lawyer.

Until the publication of this news, the reasons for the detention of these Kurdish citizens remain unknown, and security agencies have provided no explanation in this regard.
