Naghadeh؛ Indictment Issued for the Case of Mansour Abdollahzadeh

June 7, 2026; The case of a Kurdish citizen named "Mansour Abdollahzadeh", 41 years old and from the village of "Khalifan" surrounding the city of "Naghadeh", was referred to the judiciary of this county following the issuance of an indictment by the review branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of the city of "Naghadeh".

According to an informed source to Kurdpa, the indictment for Mr. Abdollahzadeh's case was issued on the charge of "membership in opposition associations of the country" by the review branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of the city of "Naghadeh" and has been referred to the judiciary of this county.

On Saturday, April 18, 2026, this Kurdish citizen was temporarily released from the prison of the city of "Naghadeh" upon depositing a bail.

On Wednesday, April 8, 2026, this citizen was transferred to the prison of the city of "Naghadeh" from a security detention center after the completion of the interrogation phases.

During his detention, this Kurdish citizen was deprived of access to a lawyer and meetings with his family.

On Saturday, March 14, 2026, Mr. Abdollahzadeh was arrested by security forces at his home without being presented with a judicial warrant and was transferred to an unknown location. Additionally, the security forces confiscated his mobile phone and took it with them.

While arresting Mansour Abdollahzadeh, the security forces had broken the doors and windows of his home.

Mansour Abdollahzadeh is married and has two children.
