Dehgolan؛ Mohammadollah Rezaei a Member of Nojin Association Was Transferred to Sanandaj Prison to Execute His Prison Sentence

June 6, 2026; On Saturday, June 6, 2026, Mohammadollah Rezaei, a Kurdish citizen from the city of "Dehgolan" and a member of "Nojin" Cultural-Social Association, was arrested after being summoned to the enforcement of judgments office of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of the city of "Dehgolan" and was transferred to the prison of the city of "Sanandaj" to execute his prison sentence.

On Wednesday, November 5, 2025, this Kurdish citizen was sentenced to one year of discretionary imprisonment by Branch 102 of the Criminal Court Two of the city of "Dehgolan" on charges of "propaganda against the state".

Previously, Kurdpa had published; Mohammadollah Rezaei, from the city of "Sanandaj" and a resident of the county of "Dehgolan", was arrested on July 12, 2025, by security forces without being presented with a judicial warrant and was transferred to an unknown location.

Mr. Rezaei had been temporarily released after 55 days of detention in the detention center of the Intelligence Department upon depositing a bail of 800 million Tomans.
