Bukan; Temporary release of three Kurdish brothers "Naser Yadyar", "Mousa Yadyar" and "Hamzeh Yadyar" by posting bail

April 12, 2026; In recent days, "Naser Yadyar", "Mousa Yadyar", and "Hamzeh Yadyar", three brothers from "Bukan" city, were temporarily released from the prison of this city by posting bail.

According to an informed source, these three brothers were deprived of access to a lawyer and visitation during their detention, and after completing the interrogation process, they were transferred to "Bukan" prison from a security detention center.

On Wednesday, February 11, 2026, security forces arrested "Mousa Yadyar" and "Hamzeh Yadyar" in "Ghormosali" village of "Bukan" and "Naser Yadyar" in "Dashband" village of "Bukan" without presenting a judicial warrant.

"Rasoul Yadyar", the brother of these three citizens, was also arrested by security forces of the Ministry of Intelligence on the evening of Tuesday, December 16, 2025, without presenting a judicial warrant, and was transferred to "Bukan" prison after completing the interrogation process in one of the security detention centers of the Ministry of Intelligence in "Bukan".

As of the time of publication of this report, no information is available regarding the reason for the arrest and the charges brought against these three brothers.
