Bukan: Ehsan Hamzehzadeh Arrested by Security Forces

On Sunday, April 20, 2025, Ehsan Hamzehzadeh, a 17-year-old Kurdish teenager from Bukan, was arrested by security forces and later transferred to the Urmia Juvenile Correction and Rehabilitation Center following the completion of his interrogation.

According to a reliable source, security agents detained him without presenting a judicial warrant.

The source added that on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, after the interrogation process was completed, Ehsan Hamzehzadeh was transferred to the Urmia Juvenile Center.

Ehsan, originally from the village of Qalavi and residing in Mirava, Bukan, is a high school student in his second year at Meraj School.
