Oshnavieh: Arbitrary Arrest of Zaher Mahmoudian and Mohammad Khezri by Security Forces

In the early hours of Saturday, April 20, 2025, two Kurdish citizens from the village of Shahvaneh, located in Oshnavieh County, identified as Zaher Mahmoudian and Mohammad Khezri, were arbitrarily arrested by security forces without a judicial warrant and taken to an undisclosed location.
According to a source who spoke with Kurdpa, the security forces stormed their homes at dawn, confiscated their mobile phones, and transferred them to an unknown location — all without presenting a court order.
As of the time of this report, no information is available about their whereabouts, the reasons for their arrest, or the charges brought against them.
