Abdol Karim Kakol was transferred to Oshnavieh prison to serve his prison sentence

On February 22, 2024, a Kurdish citizen named "Abdol Karim Kakol" was arrested and transferred to the prison of this county to serve his prison sentence after being summoned to the branch of execution of judgments of the public and revolutionary court of Oshnavieh.

This citizen had previously been sentenced to one year in prison by the first branch of the Revolutionary Court of Oshnavieh, headed by Judge "Mehdi Rezaei", for the charge of "collaborating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties to the Iranian government".

On July 9, 2023, Abdol Karim Kakol, a citizen from the village of "Hasan Nuran" in Oshnavieh, was arrested by security forces at his home without a judicial warrant and was released from Oshnavieh prison on bail after completing the interrogation stages.
