Abdanan; security forces raid the home of Seyed Amir Hossein Mousavian Zadeh, one of the detainees of the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi

Security forces attacked his family home in Abdanan after filing a new case for Seyed Amir Hossein Mousavian Zadeh with a summons and arrest warrant.

According to an informed source to Kurdpa; on February 20, 2024, security forces of intelligence and police with several cars raided the family home of Seyed Amir Hossein Mousavian Zadeh to arrest him and when they realized he was not at home, they tried to arrest his brother.

During the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi, security forces took his 15-year-old brother Amir Reza hostage and detained and tortured him for 48 days until Seyed Amir Hossein handed himself over to the security agencies.

Now this family is very worried about the repetition of the scenario of the security agencies taking Amir Reza hostage again and arresting him for access to Seyed Amir Hossein.

Seyed Amir Hossein Mousavian Zadeh, a 19-year-old young man from Abdanan and one of the detainees of the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi, was sentenced to a total of 24 months in prison with previous detention days by the second branch of the Revolutionary Court of Ilam based in this county headed by Judge "Mohammad Gholami".

According to the verdict issued against this young Kurd, he was sentenced to 8 months of correctional imprisonment for the charge of "propaganda against the system" and to 16 months of correctional imprisonment for the charge of "insulting the leader of the Iranian government" and was acquitted of the charge of "membership in groups opposed to the Iranian government".

According to Article 134 of the Islamic Penal Code, the most severe punishment will be enforced for this citizen.

The court also issued a five-year suspension of 13 months of Seyed Amir Hossein Mousavian Zadeh's 16-month imprisonment due to lack of criminal record and converted another three months of correctional imprisonment to a cash fine of 30 million tomans.

This verdict was communicated to this young Kurd on October 2, 2023, and in August a court session was held to hear his charges in the second branch of the Revolutionary Court of Ilam based in Abdanan County.
