In recent days, Zhila Hazhbari, a citizen from Marivan, has been transferred to the Sanandaj Correction and Rehabilitation Center to serve her sentence.
Ms. Hazhbari was sentenced to seven years in prison by the 101st branch of the Bokan Criminal Court last winter on charges of "membership in opposition groups", "propaganda activities against the system" and "rebellion against a government official" and based on Article 134, the law of accumulation of sentences, the most severe punishment for her was five years in prison.
Zhila Hazhbari was arrested by security forces in Bokan in August 2022 and transferred to the central prison of this city after completing the interrogation process from a security detention center in Urmia.
This Kurdish citizen was transferred to the Sanandaj Correction and Rehabilitation Center after a month from the central prison of Urmia and was temporarily released on bail until the end of the trial process
