Bokan; Hasan Mardani and Loqman Pishyar were transferred to prison to serve their sentences
On January 31, 2024, two Kurdish citizens named "Hasan Mardani" and "Loqman Pishyar" from Bokan were transferred to the prison of this city to serve their sentences.
In December 2023, these two citizens were sentenced to three years in prison each by Branch 101 of the Criminal Court of Bokan on charges of "membership and cooperation with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government".
On October 8, 2023, these two Kurdish citizens were temporarily released from Bokan prison until the end of the judicial proceedings by depositing a bail of one billion tomans each.
On October 4, 2023, these two Kurdish citizens were transferred to Bokan prison after completing the interrogation stages from the detention center of the Urmia Intelligence Department.
On the night of August 10, 2023, these two citizens were arrested by security forces without presenting a judicial warrant.
